NlMtu(Bytes)が各インターフェイスのMTU設定値
設定
PS> Set-NetIPInterface -InterfaceIndex n -NlMtuBytes mtu
nはGet-NetIPInterfaceで確認できるインターフェイスの番号
mtuは設定したい値
TCP設定
アドオン輻輳制御プロバイダの設定
確認
PS> Get-NetTransportFilter | Where DestinationPrefix -eq '*' | Get-NetTcpSetting
CongestionProviderの値が現在の設定値
Windows 8/8.1ではデフォルトでCTCPが設定されている
なお、コマンドプロンプト等からnetshの下記コマンドを利用して設定値を参照しても正しい表示が得られずnoneとなる。
C:\> netsh interface tcp show global
